These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tikva application, website, and services. By accessing or using Tikva, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Tikva service

Tikva is a behavior change app providing educational content, behavior training, and organization tools. It is NOT therapy, medical advice, financial advice, nutritional counseling, or personal training. Always consult qualified professionals for health, financial, or mental health concerns.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Tikva Premium is offered as a subscription with monthly or annual billing through Stripe. You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
